Premier UK Driving School

By booking lessons with Premier UK Driving School, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. Payment Policy
  • All lessons must be paid at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Lessons will not take place without advance payment.
  • Block bookings (multiple lessons paid in advance) must be paid in full upfront.
  1. Cancellation & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur the full lesson fee.

If the instructor needs to cancel a lesson, an alternative appointment will be offered as soon as possible.

  1. Refund Policy

Refunds for unused lessons may be granted at the discretion of Premier UK Driving School.
For block bookings, refunds will be calculated based on the standard hourly rate for lessons already taken, with the remaining balance refunded.

No refund will be provided for lessons that have already been completed or for missed lessons without sufficient notice.

  1. Vehicle Availability

The school cannot be held responsible for cancellations due to mechanical breakdowns or unforeseen circumstances. Every reasonable effort will be made to provide a replacement vehicle promptly.

  1. Use of Vehicle for Driving Test

The instructor may withdraw the use of the vehicle for your driving test if you are not considered test-ready or if safety concerns arise.
At least one week’s notice will be given unless the test has been booked at short notice (less than one week).

  1. Student Responsibilities

All students must:

  • Hold a valid UK provisional driving license before starting lessons (full license holders are only required for refresher lessons).
  • Meet DVLA eyesight requirements.
  • Inform the instructor of any medical conditions that may affect driving ability.
  • Arrive on time for lessons.
  • Avoid driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any medication that could impair driving.

Failure to comply may result in the lesson being terminated without a refund.

  1. Equal Opportunities

Premier UK Driving School follows a strict equal opportunities policy and does not discriminate based on race, colour, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

  1. Block Bookings

All block bookings must be used within 12 months of the initial payment date. Any unused lessons after this period may be forfeited.
